A children's story of friendship and sharing. I loved it.
Before I made blueberry muffins I had to make my favorite blueberry lemon bread. It is the best bread ever. This time the blueberries sunk to the bottom..I don't know why.
Recipe for Bread I was lucky enough to stumble on this recipe years ago.
Attending the last of our Radford library events...we went to a Nancy Drew party. I had to check out this cookbook and found...BLUEBERRY muffins while reading Henry in Love!!! I did want to accidentally pack this book and take it with me....but I turned it in. This was a very fun cookbook. Clues to good cooking indeed!
This was a very child friendly recipe and made a small batch that whipped up quickly.
oh your post is adorable! henry is darn lucky to wake up to your muffins. and that nancy drew cookbook, i just jumped back to my youth and reading all her books in summer. fun fun fun review!
i read that if you toss your fruit in flour they won't sink~
thank you so much for playing, i feel in the need of a good muffin this minute!
What cute books! I googled and the cookbook is still available. Wouldn't that make a great mystery/baking party for girls when they start reading the books? I loved when my daughter read them and now my granddaughter. Have to say the lemon blueberry bread sounds delicious.
The blueberry bread looks delicious. I love blueberry/lemon together. The muffins look delicious too.
I just got back from a long vacation. I'm assuming you're no longer with the Heavenly Cake Bakers. Either way, I have to stop over more often because you have some fun stuff on your blog. Talk to you later!!
