Pizza Goddess- What have you done?

My lunch today! I am on a pizza roll. I have two more crusts in the fridge..a new recipe from Wolfgang Puck. Pizza- a total taste experience with ease.
This is a good recipe for dough from Bon Appetit:
  • 3/4 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
  • 1 envelope active dry yeast

  • 2 cups (or more) all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

I love homemade pizza. Yours look really yummy. Is that spinach? I just tried Rose's pizza dough last weekend (from the Bread Bible). It was awesome - very thin and crispy!

I agree - homemade pizza is one of my favorites! And in response to your barley malt question, I buy mine at Whole Foods, but I'm sure you could just order some online if you can't find it there. I think the brand that I buy is Eden Foods. It's definitely a great ingredient for things like granola, where you want a lot of stickiness, but not too much sweet!
