Artichoke Dip- The Quick Comfort Food


1 cup mayo
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts- not marinated
7 oz. diced green chilis

Mix all and bake 20 minutes, uncovered. Let stand 5 minutes covered. Best served with wheat thins.

Have I given you my recipe for Artichoke Chicken? Maybe you already have it. It's basically this dip on top of chicken with rice or pasta. Yum.
