Confessions from a Rocky Road

Rocky road brownies are the best. You can put the topping on any brownie of your choice. I like from scratch BUT in a pinch I have on occasion made box brownies! Can we still be friends?
To help those poor box brownies (triple chocolate chunk) I put a topping on about 5 minutes before they are completely done cooking.

Rocky Road Topping
1 cup semi sweet chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup toffee pieces
1 cup nuts

The quiche was like none other and the croissants lighter than air.
