Truffled Mac and Cheese

I have discovered something wonderful- Boursin! I could have eaten this all day. I had a hard time putting it in the mac and cheese! The recipe is from Mary and can be found at One Perfect Bite.

This was hands down the richest food I have ever eaten. I am not partial to the taste of truffles and would not use the oil next time. The recipe is a keeper..wonderful flavor. I felt like a queen eating it.

Wouldn't know it-truffle oil sat in my cupboard for two years and I finally gave it away! This looks delicious. Harold McGee is tomorrow. Do you have his book?
