"Back of the Package" BoP Challenge



Okay, this was fun!!! I love a back of the package challenge. This one was okay for a pie...interesting texture and wonderful flavor. I could not get past the "interesting texture". Can't wait to try another Back of the Package Challenge. Thanks PCU!!!

I'm sure that the ricotta left an "interesting" texture. Not sure how you'd fix that. Can't wait for more cooking adventures!
