Pancake Tuesday Malted Milk Syrup

 Does french toast count on a pancake Tuesday? I hope so. In my defense I did make pancakes too! But this syrup was great on both. Can you believe we had left overs. But not for long because it was excellent on ice cream! I found this recipe at All Recipes.com.

Malted Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup malted milk powder
2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Warm cream till near boiling. Whisk malted milk into cream. Add chocolate chips whisking until it is smooth.
