Good Enough To Eat 4 Grain Pancakes

We started making these pancakes in 2008. Joel says they are his favorite because they are "healthy". He likes grains. And as always my assistant is right by my side in the kitchen. She is getting so big!! Remember her making cake?
Four Grain Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 heaping TB old fashioned oats
  • 2 heaping TB wheat germ
  • 2 TB cornmeal
  • 1/2 tea baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tea baking powder
  • 2 tea sugar
  • 1/4 tea salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 TB melted butter

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients after toasting oats and wheat germ in a fry pan. Combine eggs, buttermilk, and milk with a fork. Add to the dry ingredients with fork. Cut butter into the batter.
