Crockpot Chicken

This recipe is wonderful because it makes multiple yummy meals.
  • The first is shredded for burritos or tacos. 
  • The next day you can make taco soup with some left overs. 
  • The next day with the remaining left overs this makes the best nachos. YUM.

Crockpot Chicken Tacos

1 envelope Taco Seasoning
6 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar salsa

Place everything in the crockpot and stir. Cook on high 4 hours or low for 6. The chicken should shred with a fork.
